New Dates Scheduled – De-Escalation Training Sessions for Businesses
New dates have been scheduled for De-escalation Training Webinars (Level 1 and Level 2) between June 7th and September 28th. Details are shown in the links below.
The City of Toronto is now offering De-Escalation Training Sessions for Street-Front Retailers. The sessions are geared to managers or employees who interact with the general public regularly and would like to learn strategies and skills for communicating with individuals who may be street involved or displaying agitated behaviours. Training is facilitated by the Downtown Yonge BIA and a mental health educator. Registration is free.
